Das Cisco Anyconnect Client Diagnostic Tool kann wieder in Windows Programme deinstalliert werden.

Wie im Ticket beschrieben muss erstens vor die VPN Anyconnect Client Installation eine völlige Deinstallation durch den 
SignedPurgedObjects ZIP Datei ausgeführt werden.

Zuerst müssen diese Schritte ausgeführt werden:

Microsoft has released a tool that will fix corrupted PC's. Before running the attached tool, 
please first make sure you are not hitting this issue due to CheckPoint EndPoint Protection or TrendMicro causing the issue. 
Once you have ruled out Trend and CheckPoint, follow the below steps to fix the broken machines.

Follow these steps to use the tool:
1. Uninstall NAM from the problematic machine and the VPN AnyConnect.
2. From an admin command prompt run the following "PurgeNotifyObjects.exe -confirmdelete"
3. Attempt to install the NAM module again.

Please note that the tool cleans up Windows, and works regardless of the version of AnyConnect, 
in other words, any version including the current 4.5 MR4.
